Kay Thanks Enterprises provides Oops I Hit It Again! (OIHIA), including the Android app identified as com.kaythanks.OIHIA. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game or contact us.

Information stored by the game
OIHIA stores game progress and preferences on your device. This includes level progress, game results, selected characters, coins, relics, upgrades, and sound settings. This information allows the game to remember your progress and preferences between sessions.
Google Play Games and cloud saves
The Android game integrates Google Play Games for authentication and cloud-save features. Google may recognize an existing Play Games sign-in according to your Google account and device settings.
When you use cloud backup while connected to Google Play Games, the game sends a copy of your saved progress and preferences to Google’s Saved Games service. Restoring a cloud save retrieves that information to your device.
Google processes information associated with these services under its Privacy Policy.
Advertising
OIHIA includes Google AdMob banner ads and rewarded ads associated with checkpoint retries. Ad availability can vary, including during testing.
Depending on the service configuration and applicable privacy choices, Google’s advertising services may process:
- Device and account identifiers, such as advertising or app identifiers.
- IP addresses, which can be used to estimate approximate location.
- App and advertisement interactions, such as ad views and taps.
- Diagnostic information about app and advertising-service performance.
This information may be used to deliver and measure advertising, maintain service performance, and detect fraud or abuse.

Consent and privacy choices
The game integrates Google’s User Messaging Platform to handle applicable advertising privacy choices. Available messages and choices depend on your region and the service configuration.
Where available, you can review or change your choices through the game’s privacy-options control. Your Android device and Google account also provide advertising and privacy settings. Changing advertising settings does not necessarily stop all advertising or all information processing necessary to operate these services.
Children and families
OIHIA is intended for children and adults. The current beta does not ask players to provide their age. An advertising consent message does not establish a player’s age or serve as verified parental consent.
The game includes the Google services described in this policy, so it should not be understood as collecting no information simply because it is suitable for a broad audience.
Parents or guardians with questions about their child’s information, or who wish to request its review or deletion, may contact kaythanksenterprises@gmail.com. Please provide only the information needed to explain your request. Do not send a child’s password, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Information you send us
When you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you include. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, investigate problems, and handle privacy requests.
Retention and deletion
Local progress remains in the app’s storage until it is removed or replaced. You can remove local data through your device’s app-storage controls. Clearing local data can permanently remove progress that has not been backed up.
Cloud saves are separate from local storage. Clearing the app’s local data does not necessarily delete information held by Google. Use the relevant Google account and Play Games controls to manage information held by those services.
We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, resolve related issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of information you have provided directly to us.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information. Send requests to kaythanksenterprises@gmail.com. We may need limited additional information to verify and fulfill a request.
Security
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Please avoid including passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in messages to us. Google’s services are also subject to Google’s own security and privacy practices.

We may update this policy as the game and its information-handling practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
